Introduction

Search engine optimisation is important for your business. Potential customers will put in some search words and hopefully your website will pop up. For a full description of what its all about you can download the document we have compiled.

The Basics

At the top of your HTML pages there are sections called Meta Tags. These contain information for the search engines. There are two main ones for you to be concerned about.
  • Key Words
  • Description
To set up your website you need to put yourself in the place of a potential customer and determine a set of search Key Words that will get them to your site. You need to also create some interesting Description sentences to describe your site's purpose/contents so they will be drawn to your site.
